Back by popular demand, the Produce Bagging Program in Carpenter Hall will be up and running on Monday afternoons starting in May.
This program helps local gardeners get their produce to local food pantries. Gardeners drop off their produce, and we package and deliver it to various food pantries. Online training in food handling safety and COVID-19 protocols (provided) is required for all volunteers.
We will need packagers, and deliverers (must have a vehicle). Great and safe activity for high schoolers on up to senior citizens. Stay tuned for more information. Contact is Becky Halbe firstname.lastname@example.org.
