Can You Hear Me Now? How to report a problem with online viewing.

Since we began our hybrid worship,  a few of you have let us know that you were having difficulty hearing Kathy and Laura during the livestream Sunday service. This past week, Dale made significant adjustments to their microphones. He tested the results on all of our platforms and from a variety of devices, and the problem seems to be resolved. If you are still having trouble, we definitely want to know about it so that we can continue to troubleshoot.

To report a problem, please email In your message, please include the following information:

  1. Whether you were watching live or viewing the archived service at a later time,
  2. What type of device you were using (i.e., laptop computer, desktop computer, iPhone, Android phone, TV),
  3. If you were using a phone or computer, which browser were you using (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), and
  4. Which application you were using (livestream on Rock Spring’s website, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, YouTube, or Vimeo)

If possible, you might try watching on a different device, browser, or application. If you have done that, and experienced a difference between them, please let us know that, too.
