Thursday Friends meets twice monthly to discuss a previously selected book, essay or news article of interest. While the group doesn’t have a formal charter, it seems most attracted to examining contemporary spirituality in everyday life, primarily through the prism of Christianity, but also other religious perspectives as well. Typical authors have included Barbara Brown Taylor, Anne Lamott, Richard Rohr, and Thich Nhat Hahn.
