Join family and friends in celebrating the life of LTC (Ret.) Raymond (Ray) A. Omphroy at Rock Spring on Sunday, September 12 at 2:00 p.m.
Rock Spring is in Phase 2 of its reopening plan, which means that we have had to set a maximum attendance at Ray’s memorial service of 50 people* in person. Masks are required for the safety of all involved.
