Annual Meeting of the Congregation
All Members of Rock Spring Congregational United Church of Christ are hereby called to the Annual Meeting of the Congregation,
Sunday, January 29, 2023 at 11:15 a.m. in the Sanctuary or via Zoom.
Agenda
1. Receive and act upon the minutes of the 2022 annual meeting and other
congregational meetings held in 2022.
2. Receive and act upon the recommendation of Church Council for the 2023 budget.
3. Receive and act upon the Annual Report of the congregation’s ministries and programs for the 2022 calendar year.
4. Receive and act upon nominations proposed by the Nominating Committee.
5. Receive a report from the IMAGINE Anew process.
6. Receive and act upon any other business appropriate to come before the meeting.
