Rock Spring members and friends volunteer once a month to make bagged lunches for the people who participate in the Shirlington Education and Employment Center (SEEC) at the Arlington Mill Community Center. This program provides job skills and education for people who need work in construction and landscaping. The Rock Spring volunteers convene once a month in the church kitchen and make bagged lunches with sandwiches, fruit, a side dish, cookies or brownies, and a bottle of water. Volunteer drivers deliver the lunches to a site where where the workers are gathered.
