Reservations are required to attend (registration form here). If you do not sign up ahead of time, you may not take part.
Join us for an outdoor service (on the Rock Spring front lawn) of instrumental music, prayer, scripture, and reflections. We will hold nearly identical servic es on October 9, 16, and 18.
Space is limited to due to County health guidelines. Limited attendance is one way of not spreading the virus. All attendees must wear a mask at all times. Wearing a mask is how we care for the health and well-being of others.
Social distancing will be required. Please stay at least 6 feet away from others. Social distancing is one way we love our neighbors and don’t infect them. To that end, we will have assigned seating for individuals, households, and “pods.” The space will be limited for each grouping to a 6’ X 8’ area. If you do not believe your group will fit into that space, you will need to register for an additional 6’ X 8’ space. Children must stay within the assigned space at all times; there must be no physical interactions among anyone not in your grouping.
Nodding, smiling, bowing, and waving at each other is encouraged! No shaking hands. No fist bumps. No hugs. No “passing the peace.”
Bring lawn chairs, camp stools, or blankets.
The church building will not be open to anyone for any reason. No indoors restrooms will be available. Plan ahead! Each service will be almost the same.
When you register, please indicate all dates you can attend. The staff will be assigning dates based on your preferences.
The services may be cancelled (even at the last minute) due to weather or public health guidance. If it rains or if the virus is spreading, we will not meet.
Who may attend? Anyone…members, friends, guests, neighbors. But everyone must sign up ahead of time, must wear a mask, and must observe social distancing at all times.
