GAP Energy Fair

March 10, 2019 - 12:00pm to 1:30pm
Carpenter Hall

Would you like to make your life and home greener, but are not sure where to start?  Start at the GAP-sponsored energy fair! Rock Springers who have already made sustainable choices will be there to show you how to make changes that are both great for the planet and great for your wallet. How do you plug energy leaks in your home? Clean refrigerator coils? What light bulbs should you choose when it’s time to change out the old ones? All of these questions and more will be answered on March 10 at the Rock Spring Energy Fair in Carpenter Hall. Coffee hour goodies will be served. Earth-friendly children’s activities and books will make this event fun for all ages.

GAP is engaged in bringing sustainable energy to villages in India through the Solar Village Project. Rock Springers have participated in community clean-ups. We are working diligently to engage in an energy audit for Rock Spring’s campus. The final piece is our own homes -- each one of us taking steps now to ensure our planet’s future for generations to come. Don’t miss this easy, fun way to move into a greener future.
