Campus Use Request

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event or activity at Rock Spring!

To request any use of the Rock Spring campus, please fill out the form below.

Please provide a brief description of the event.
If this will be a recurring event, enter the date of the first meeting here and provide additional details below.
These are the "official" or published times for the event. Do not include setup/cleanup time.
Please specify the time you will need to access the room for setup and the time you will be finished with cleanup.
Please include staff, organizers, volunteers, etc. as well as attendees.
This will help us to determine the best location for the event.
Room assignment depends on suitability and availability.
If you checked yes to either of the previous two questions, please upload an image or logo for this event to be used on the calendar/in publicity.

We reserve the right to charge a refundable deposit and/or request proof of liability insurance depending on the nature of event.

Additional notes about campus use:

  • You do not need to be a member of Rock Spring to use a space on campus! We invite anyone and everyone in the community to inquire.
  • Most campus use arrangements are fee agreements, and are calculated based on the length, custodial load, and location of the event.
  • Filling out this form does not guarantee we will be able to accommodate your event.
  • We will contact you to follow up about your request even if we cannot host your event.
  • For weddings, memorial services, and baptisms, please contact the office directly.
