Campus Use Request

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event or activity at Rock Spring!

Rock Spring is currently in “Phase 2” of its reopening plan (maximum of 50 people indoors, any number of people outdoors). As we move into later phases, we will be able to accommodate more people both indoors and outdoors.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate this pandemic and hold our core value of loving our neighbor.

To request any use of the Rock Spring campus, please fill out the form below.

Note: due to our own programming, we are rarely able to accommodate campus use requests for Sundays.
Please include the amount of time needed for set up and break down. (ex. if your event starts at 2:00 p.m., but you need an hour to set up for it, you will need to reserve the room starting at 1:00 p.m.)
Please include staff, organizers, volunteers, etc. as well as attendees.
We reserve the right to charge a refundable deposit and/or request proof of liability insurance depending on the nature of event.

Additional notes about campus use:

  • You do not need to be a member of Rock Spring to use a space on campus! We invite anyone and everyone in the community to inquire.
  • Most campus use arrangements are fee agreements, and are calculated based on the length, custodial load, and location of the event.
  • Filling out this form does not guarantee we will be able to accommodate your event.
  • We will contact you to follow up about your request even if we cannot host your event.
  • For weddings, memorial services, and baptisms, please contact the office directly.
