Yoga Class

Meets Wednesdays and Saturdays at 8:45 a.m.

Carpenter Hall

Yoga Foundations is a slow-paced, Hatha yoga class for anyone and everyone. No experience or flexibility required. Please bring a yoga mat (we have a few available) and water. If you like, you are also welcome to bring a yoga strap, block, and towel, but these aren’t required. Suzy Lohmeyer, a native Arlingtonian, is a certified RYT200 instructor who taught yoga and ran a community yoga center in Tbilisi, Georgia before moving back to Arlington in 2014. Please feel free to contact Suzy with questions about the class.

The cost is $12 per class. Your first class is free.
