Many of us think of “mindfulness” as synonymous with quiet meditation, the Buddhist notion of sitting in silence. But mindfulness can be exercised in all of our daily activities by keeping ourselves fully in the present. On February 25, Lorie Brush will lead us in a mindfulness exercise of stretching our physical bodies and attending closely to the feelings created by our working muscles.
