Volunteers needed to serve dinner at Thrive DC
Rock Spring provides volunteers on the 2nd Sunday of each month to help with preparing and serving dinner and cleaning up afterward at Thrive DC, formerly the Homeless Women’s Dinner Program. We need 4 volunteers for June 14th and 4 for July 12th. This is a great way of giving practical help to people who really need it. Even (mature) children can make a useful contribution. The program is offered at the Trinity Lutheran Church in D.C. Volunteers are requested to serve from 4:30-7:00pm.
